Sustainability Architecture Firm
For companies, communities, and cities ready to move from sustainability plans to sustainability systems that actually work on the ground.
Our flagship platform — refillka
Our flagship platform
refillka
The circular commerce platform we built from scratch — bringing bulk refilling to institutions, communities, and consumers across the Philippines.
Visit refillka.com →Our story
Kuha sa Tingi — our grassroots refilling pilot — showed that communities are willing to refill, given the right access to it. Over 2,200 sari-sari stores across twelve cities in Metro Manila. The model worked.
From that proof, we built refillka. And from refillka, we built ReCirca — a sustainability consulting and architecture firm that designs, builds, and implements circular economy systems for companies, communities, and cities.
What we do
Our core operating model is Circular Infrastructure-as-a-Service (CIaaS) — designing, building, and running circular economy systems so clients don't have to build them from scratch.
We design and manage sustainability programs from end to end — diagnosing the gaps, building the systems, and staying through implementation until the solution works. For corporations, LGUs, and institutions with sustainability commitments that need to become operational reality.
Two ways in. Plug into refillka — our live circular commerce platform serving institutions, communities, and consumers across the Philippines. Or commission ReCirca to design and build a circular infrastructure tailored to your organization or city.
Strategies exist.
Systems don't.
Most sustainability work stops at the plan. The Philippines doesn't need more reports. It needs things built.
CIaaS — Circular Infrastructure-as-a-Service.
We design, build, fund, and operate the infrastructure. You access a live, working circular system. We handle the architecture.
refillka — built, not advised.
A live circular commerce platform. 2,200+ stores. 12 cities. 4.9M sachets avoided. CIaaS in action.
Explore refillka →Why now
The policy landscape is catching up to the crisis — from EPR obligations already in force, to a new Ecocide bill just introduced in Congress that would criminalize large-scale environmental destruction for the first time.
The circular economy is no longer a future ambition. It's becoming a legal and commercial imperative.
Organizations that build circular systems into their operations now won't just be compliant — they'll be ahead.
How to work with us
Plug in
The infrastructure exists. Join it directly — institutional, community, or consumer. Operational from day one.

Need something built for your context? We design, build, and implement from the ground up — for corporations, LGUs, and institutions with specific circular economy needs.

ReCirca Management Corp — Sustainability Architecture, by Design
Sachets. Bottles. Wrappers. Single-use plastic in all its forms.
refillka's goal is to prevent 1 billion of them every year by 2030 — and then make that the annual goal.
Not once. Every year. Built on a growing network of institutions, communities, and households across the Philippines.
Where we are today
"Communities are willing to refill — given the right access to it."
Kuha sa Tingi — our grassroots refilling pilot — proved that. We deployed to over 2,200 sari-sari stores across twelve cities in Metro Manila.
But this isn't just a sachet problem. It's a participation problem. refillka was built for everyone — institutions, distributors, sari-sari stores, and households alike.
Refilling made simple.
Three ways to refill — find the one that fits you.
Institutional
For corporations, hotels, hospitals & schools
Access bulk refilling without packaging disposal headaches.
Hub & Spoke
For retailers in the community
Tingi, without the sachet. Hubs service Spokes in their area.
Direct to Consumer
For households ready to refill at home
Refilling accessible for everyone — always the easier option.
Trusted Quality
The same products you already use, without the single-use packaging.
Save up to 40%
Refilling costs significantly less than buying. Better for your wallet.
Track Your Impact
Every refill is logged. See how many sachets you've avoided.
